What we offer
Water Testing and Balancing
We use traditional manual testing which takes a bit longer, but gives more accurate readings on a range of indicators to ensure your pool chemistry is maintained at optimal levels.
Deep Cleaning
Whether it is the floor of the pool, the sides or even the filtration system, we take our time and focus on attention to detail to remove sediment, dust, debris, dead bacteria and heavy metals to name a few which are polluting your water.
Tiles and Pool Surrounds
It is not just the pool water that we will get looking crystal clear, but extend our cleaning to tiles and the surrounding pool structure like decks, pavement and concrete.
Chemicals and Supplements
Just like our own bodies need the right balance of natural and man-made chemicals, your pool water will need a helping hand to ensure your eyes, skin, hair and nails enjoy a neutral environment while also ensuring your pool substrate and equipment is not eroded away prematurely. To keep costs to a minimum for you, we will only ever use the required chemicals and supplements to ensure the water is balanced correctly each and every visit.
Equipment Repairs and Replacement
From minor repairs, to full replacement, we have teamed up with several local suppliers where we can provide competitive quotes when it comes time to replace your pool pump, chlorinator or filtration system. We favour local suppliers and small businesses to support the local Cairns economy.
Mould Removal and Pressure Washing
In addition, when the humidity and warm temperatures give way to Mould taking over your pool surrounds, we take a careful and gentle approach using pressure washing and mild chemicals to get your pool surrounds looking like new again . We can even do other parts of your property if they could use some attention.

- Cleaning of skimmer and pump baskets
- Filtration system inspection and deep clean
- Check equipment and carry out minor maintenance such as lubrication, replacement of O-Rings
Products: Chemicals and parts replacement at competitive prices often less expensive than the 'big retail outlets'
Full Service
Frequency: Weekly, Fortnightly, 3 Weekly, 4 Weekly
Services Included:
- Full vacuum and deep clean of pool floor, perimeter sides and surface
- Testing and balancing of water chemistry
- Cleaning of skimmer and pump baskets
- Filtration system inspection and deep clean
- Check equipment and carry out minor maintenance such as lubrication, replacement of O-Rings
